"Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often the real loser - in fees, expenses and waste of time." Abraham Lincoln
Conflicts happen. All kinds of issues arise in our daily lives. Sometimes it seems like the only way to resolve a problem is through the court.
But the thought of a long expensive lawsuit - attorney fees, waiting for court dates, weeks and weeks of spending money and valuable time just isn't what you want or need? Not even sure if your problem should be handled in court?
Mediation is an alternative solution to going to court. The process is simple, confidential, inexpensive and the best part is - you are in control. The parties decide the outcome, what works best in your situation.
A mediator is a neutral party whose role is to help both of you communicate and hopefully find a solution (we do not offer financial, legal or therapy advice). We simply offer suggestions and guidelines to help you decide. We help open the lines of communication, help you to find a mutually agreeable, workable solution.
Whether the problem is divorce, custody, child support, alimony, distribution of property, bankruptcy, contract disagreements, collection issues or claims, real estate and property disputes, insurance claims, injuries and damages, or anything in between. Small or large - simple or complex. We can help you.
